Clerical Medical - Updates for IFAs

Clerical Medical have upgraded their Extranet servicing the IFA sector.

The recent advances include several innovative features and functions which make the latest version of the extranet one of the more advanced tools assisting IFAs in servicing their clients.

Summarizing a few of the headline developments we note:

Dedicated support staff checking applications. If a error is made, or information omitted from an application the error checking team will call the IFA rather than waste time in writing a letter as was the case in the past. This is one of several initiatives that the firm have made in improving their e-services to IFAs. 

As well as reporting industry news Clerical Medical have attempted to analyze key industry opportunities. The firm cites their analysis of Bonds and in particular, developed a calculator which focuses on the suitability of Bonds against OEICs (available only to registered users) . Such tools are also backed up with technical information & reports, in this case they have produced a report highlighting cases where Bonds were the more appropriate investment against OEICs.
